We offer a 14-day return policy for all products purchased on our website, provided they are returned in their original packaging and condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply to certain high-fidelity audio equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your headphones, earphones, or accessories in their original Master & Dynamic box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included to avoid deductions.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
